For last the 7 years, Arvel Bird has performed a FREE New Year's Smudging, Blessing and Concert at the Arboretum to hundreds of guests visiting this magnificent area of his beloved Arizona. To take part in the smudging and blessing, please arrive at 11:30am, the concert will begin at noon. If the weather doesn't cooperate, the concert will be indoor at the lecture room where he and Kimberly will perform 2 one hours concerts to accommodate everyone who shows up. No matter the weather which has been into the 70s at times, we will have the ceremony and concert. See you there!

In cooperation with Mount Hope Foods, we are reviving the Annual Holiday Concert and Circle of Friends at the Mingus Union High School Auditorium!

John Ziegler hosted this brilliant show for 25 years and has now turned over the reigns to Arvel Bird and Kimberly Kelley, who are co-producing the next generation of this beloved community holiday concert. The show will feature many of your prior year favorites, a few new favorites AND Special Guest John Ziegler!
